Spring Garden Fair May 4 & 5

For the 35th year, Clacakamas County Master Gardeners will hold its annual spring garden fair at the Clacakamas County Event Center (the County Fair grounds). Hours on Saturday May 4 are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday May 5. Admission is $5 for people over 15 years old, but there’s free parking. And the plants!

There are annuals and perennials, vegetables and herbs, trees and shrubs, and garden art and tools. Over one hundred varieties of tomatoes alone! Plus there will be plant taxis, free plant checks (what is that bush growing in the back yard?), free pH soil testing (bring a little bag of your garden soil), a potting station, the Good Thyme Food Court, a Garden Fair raffle, silent auction featuring new plant introductions, and, of course, Ask a Master Gardiner.

Proceeds benefit the Clacakamas County Master Gardiner program and OSU Master Gardiner program. No pets or smoking, or smoking pets, please. Accessibility accommodations available.
