
In the aftermath of the recent ice storm in Clackamas County, residents face a significant clean-up effort to remove fallen trees and limbs. To help people living in unincorporated areas dispose of debris from the recent ice storm, the county is offering $30 e-gift cards for ice storm debris disposal to use at participating yard debris disposal locations and participating landscape and arborist companies.

HOW TO APPLY:
Online request
- Storm Debris Disposal Voucher form. After completing the form and getting your address verified, as an unincorporated resident you will receive an electronic voucher for $30 by text or email through a company called Yiftee. The text/email voucher will contain a number for you to provide to the participating business to spend a total of $30, whether in multiple transactions or one, through Mastercard. The voucher recipient will be responsible for any expense over $30.
In-person request (primarily for those who do not have internet access)
- Clackamas County Development Services Building, 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A staff member will help you complete the form online and download the voucher through a company called Yiftee. The voucher will contain a number for you to provide to the participating business to spend a total of $30, whether in multiple transactions or one, through Mastercard. The voucher recipient will be responsible for any expense over $30.
TIMELINE: Vouchers must be applied for by no later than Monday, March 19, 2021, and must be used by no later than Friday, May 2, 2021.
ELIGIBILITY: Vouchers will be issued to and must be used by the owner or occupant of a single-family residential property in unincorporated Clackamas County. When you use the voucher, you may be asked for proof of identification, such as a driver’s license. Only one voucher is available for each residential property (single-family home, mobile home, townhouse, etc.).
CONFIDENTIALITY: Contact information will be kept confidential and will not be sold to or used for any promotional activity. Clackamas County will provide your name, address, and email address or phone number to Yiftee.com, the administrator of the electronic gift card, only for the purpose of sending you the gift card.
