We will also have the first review of proposed changes to The Hamlet of Beavercreek Bylaws to include the area formerly the Carus CPO and to accommodate potentially adding to the Board to represent the additional population.
The proposed Bylaws are available in two formats. The first is a “markup” version showing added and deleted text. The second is a “clean” version with all of the proposed changes incorporated.

The most significant changes are the inclusion of the previous Carus CPO area. We also propose being able to expand the now seven member Board up to eleven members if we feel that would benefit the citizens of The Hamlet of Beavercreek. We will maintain an odd number of Directors.
A few small changes were incorporated to reflect our interactions with the Public and Government Affairs department and the County Treasurer.
Lastly, the section on Dissolution, if the Hamlet were to be dissolved by the Board of County Commissioners, was updated to revert to the previous CPOs.
