Z0162-22-C Conditional Use hearing, major increase. Grand View Baptist Church proposes to build a "family center" for the Church and community. The new building as described will include a gymnasium with locker rooms, a children's play area, a kitchen, office space, and educational space. This is meant for use by members and guests of Grand View, their Christian school sports program, with the gym also planned to be available for use by the local community. The educational space would be used for Sunday School and Wednesday night teen and children's programs as well as school classrooms. Click the image to download the application.
