New Summer Pastor at 10 O’clock Church

Beavercreek United Church of Christ, The Ten O’clock Church, is happy to welcome Reverend David Zaworski as its interim minister, from June through September of this year, while its current pastor, Rev. Jennifer Seaich, participates in a sabbatical leave designed for study, travel, and personal and professional renewal.

This opportunity was made possible by a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment, a private philanthropic foundation, through its Clergy Renewal Program. Rev. Zaworski is a retired United Church of Christ pastor who has served churches in California, Idaho, and Oregon over his long career.

The church will use other Lilly Grant funds to engage the consultant services of the Rev. Jennifer Garrison, also a United Church of Christ pastor, to work with its members on the church renewal portion of the grant, focusing on change, hospitality, and outreach. Through this work the church hopes to better understand how it can serve the Beavercreek community.
