The Hamlet of Beavercreek will meet virtually using Zoom on our regular meeting dates. For these meetings, the agenda, link and phone numbers to attend are posted in The Latest. The video meeting will be seminar style, with Board members visible and the public able to listen and comment audibly. All meetings of The Hamlet of Beavercreek are open to the public, but during the COVID-19 pandemic we are not meeting in person.
Land Use applications will be posted in The Latest for comments. You may call or email the County Planner listed on the application or contact any Board member.

The Hamlet follows Clacakamas County and CDC guidance relating to COVID-19. As of July 1, 2022, we are still meeting through Zoom. Some activities are in-person, though social distancing is practiced.
