FAQ

How do I know if I’m part of the Hamlet of Beavercreek?

The best way to find out is to visit https://cmap.clackamas.us, type your address number in the upper right search bar, pick your address, and click on the “Utilities and Districts” section. You’re in Beavercreek if “Beavercreek” is listed under the Community Planning Organization section.

Why do I live in Beavercreek but have an Oregon City address?

Utilities such as PGE, BCT, Oregon City Garbage, Clackamas River Water, as well as the County, the Post Office, and more all have different boundaries. As a result, a lot of residents of The Hamlet of Beavercreek have Oregon City addresses. The Hamlet of Beavercreek mirrored Clackamas County’s CPO boundary as the Hamlet’s boundary at creation, however, the Hamlet’s boundary/area is not protected from annexation from Oregon City.

Are all meetings public?

Yes! Every meeting organized and run by the Hamlet is open to the public, including monthly board meetings and the board’s annual retreat. We gladly welcome anyone who is interested in learning more about Beavercreek and the Hamlet.

I missed a Hamlet meeting. How can I get a recap?

No problem! The Beavercreek Bulletin publishes highlights from monthly meetings. In addition recordings of all Zoom meetings are available.

How do people get elected to the Hamlet board?

We’re glad you asked! The Volunteer page has details.
