This is the Hearings Officer decision of approval for a zone change from Rural Residential Farm Forest 5-Acre (RRFF-5) to Rural Area Residential 2-Acre (RA- 2) of approximately 110 acres and a 28-Lot Subdivision for Future Development of Single-Family Dwellings. It was appealed by LCDC to LUBA.
