When a land use application has been reviewed by Planning Staff, with input from the public and CPOs, they render a decision. Occasionally an application will be approver outright, but in most cases conditions will be placed on the application. The conditions bring the application into conformance with the County’s Zoning and Development Ordinances (ZDOs.) Planning Staff decisions can be appealed by anyone, including a CPO, to the Hearings Officer.
