Upcoming Hamlet Meetings
Join us by Zoom or in person for meetings of the Beavercreek Hamlet
Community meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. to provide a forum where members may address a broad range of issues including land use applications, community events, educational presentations, local resources, and more. Four of these meetings – in January, April, July, and October – are considered Town Hall meetings. Board meetings are held the Thursday before the Community or Town Hall meeting. Community meetings are in person at the Beavercreek Grange. All Board meetings are virtual using Zoom. All meetings are open to the public.
The Hamlet of Beavercreek does not usually meet in December. The Board continues to monitor land use applications and special meetings may be scheduled if necessary. Any special meetings will be noticed here.

Board meetings are open to the public using Zoom. You must register to attend. You will receive a Zoom link by email
